Monogrammed orders are final sale. Items are not returnable. Monograms is not responsible for names and monograms misspelled by the customer. Please insure you know the correct spelling of name(s) and monograms and that dates are accurate.
Though many thread colors are available, Monograms cannot guarantee the exact color of thread chosen. Colors of garments could vary depending on dye lot.
All New Jersey residents will be charged 6.625% sales tax.
